Before the pricing, here is the logic, so the value is clear and the cost makes sense in context.
You are in the best possible position to start. The space is done, you know your training inside out, and a couple of clients are already in. The only thing missing is a steady way to get in front of local people and turn them into committed members.
So the plan is simple. We film a proper batch of content that actually feels like you, not a generic gym. Then we put it in front of the right people across Worthing, Angmering and everywhere in between and run every lead through one system, so nobody who is interested ever slips through. You are based near Highdown, but the people we want are spread right across that area, so that is where the ads go.
The content is the part you pay for. The ads setup, the management and the CRM system are free for your first month, so your cash goes on getting people through the door, not on setup fees. And once the launch offer is running, a handful of founding members covers this back quickly. That is the whole idea: the first wave of members pays for the content, so everyone after that is effectively free.
Pay as you go is easy to walk away from, and it makes your income impossible to plan. The launch offer flips that. People commit upfront, and the ones who love it lock in as founding members. This offer gets its own unique name so nobody compares it to a bad experience at another gym.
One thing still to decide: whether founding members sign up for a set term. My suggestion is three months, because it gives you income you can actually plan around and it stops people drifting off after a good week. Worth talking through with you and your boyfriend before we finalise it.
We build the front half once. The back half runs itself, every day, whether you are training a client, out on the horses, or asleep.

You pay for the content. The ads setup, the management and the CRM system are included free for your first month.
Payment that protects you. A 50% deposit, around £500, locks in your shoot date. The remaining 50% is due once all your content is delivered.
Ad spend is separate and yours. It is paid straight to Meta, not to us. We recommend starting around £10 to £20 a day.
